Qualifications

My Therapeutic Approach

My therapeutic approach is a combination of evidence-based models, including Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, and Parts Work. Our work together will be solution-focused and you will leave each session with coping strategies and skills that can be immediately implemented into your daily life. I will affirm your identities and create a safe space for processing and growth. Contact me today for a free phone or video consultation and to learn more about how I can help you to begin your journey to a thriving and fulfilling future.

What to Expect

In our first session, I will ask you a series of questions to understand your unique needs and we will collaborate to create goals for our work together. Your voice is essential and your needs will drive each session. I believe that you should leave each session feeling hopeful, empowered, and with a toolbox of strategies to try before the next session. We will continue to meet weekly and sessions will be 55 minutes in length. I offer in-person sessions in my Southbury, Connecticut office and/or virtual sessions through a HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform.

Whether you are new to therapy or are returning to therapy, today is the perfect day to
begin your journey to a thriving and fulfilling future.
